SHIPPING POLICY

Welcome to Bamboo Necessities! We take pride in offering buttery soft bamboo clothing for the whole family. Our shipping policy we usually ship within 1-3 business days we take pride in delivering your items as quick as possible , however during peak seasons and drops it can take up to 7-10 business days. Once a your items have entered the postal service all lost or damaged items are out of our control and you must file a claim with usps.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

How do I return an item? 

Please email us at  hellobamboonecessities@gmail.com  with your order number and shipping address. 

 

We will require information on the reasoning for the return, however at this time we are only accepting returns if item is damaged due to manufacturer error. If there is quality issue at hand an email must be sent within 5 days of receiving and photo will be requested.

 

Item must be returned in new condition,including all packaging and tags. 

A restocking fee may be required.

 

Any items that have been washed, worn, and without tags and packaging return will be void and not accepted.

 

What items are not available for return:

All international orders, underwear, pet accessories, sale items, purchases made during Black Friday week, and any items discounted by more than 20% are final sale.

PLEASE NOTE: All return labels will be issued and the customer will be responsible for the return label fee and that amount will be deducted from the return value.
